What is an escape room?

A live escape game where you and your team are “locked” in a themed room and must solve puzzles, work together, and escape before time runs out!

How many players can join each room?

Most of our rooms are designed for 2 to 6 players, except for “Liar’s Tournament,” which requires a minimum of 5 and can host up to 12.

How do I make a booking?

You can book via:

  • Phone
  • Online booking system

💡 Book early for evening hours or Friday, Saturday, Sunday – spots sell out fast

What happens if I am late?

Ideally, the team should be at the Lockholic venue 10 minutes earlier than the appointment. In case of significant delay, we may be forced to subtract time from the game.

What happens if I want to cancel / change the booking?

Up to 24 hours before: ✅ No charge

Less than 24 hours: ❌ May be charged

We are flexible – just let us know in time!

Can I take photos / videos inside the room?

❌ Not during the game – to avoid revealing clues.

What happens if I want to leave?

In case the team or a player wants to leave the game before it ends, all our rooms have a ‘panic button’, which automatically opens the exit. Leaving does not mean your individual game ends – you may return to the game whenever you feel ready.

How do I pay?

💶 The payment is made at our place, with cash or card

No prepayment is required (except for corporate / events and parties)

What should I wear?

There’s no specific dress code. For the best experience, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes, as you might need to move through tight spaces or even run during the game.

Can children play?

✅ Yes, in certain rooms such as “Deus Ex Machina” or “Fortune Teller” (ages 10 and up with an accompanying adult).

❌ Horror rooms are not suitable for younger ages.
